What are your office hours?

8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday, closed on weekends.

How do I enroll my child at the Day Treatment or if I need to ask question regarding Day Treatment?

Call (940) 723-4488 extension 119 for more information.

What types of providers do you have?

Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, License Professional Therapists (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).

What ages do you treat?

All age ranges depending on the provider and their specialty.

Who do I leave messages for if I have a comment, compliment or complaint?

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Call (940) 723-4488 and choose the option for your providers office and speak with the front desk staff.

Do you work with or refer to an inpatient psychiatric facility?

Yes, primarily Red River Hospital. Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners do rounds for them 7 days a week.

How many offices does Rose Street have?

3 for outpatient services, 1 for Day Treatment and 1 for Spectrum.

Does Rose Street offer Psychological Testing and Medication Management?

Yes.

Do you accept all insurances?

We accept as many as we possibly can, please call to see if yours is covered. The major insurances we accept are, but certainly not limited to, Medicare, Texas and Oklahoma Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare and Tricare for Life, Value Options, Humana, United Healthcare and many others. If your insurance is not on our list please let us know and we will try to become covered providers under your insurance.

We do bill your insurance for you so you do not have to deal with the hassle.

We do call your insurance to obtain benefits and you are responsible for any deductible, copay, and coinsurance amounts at time of service or your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

We do not balance bill you, meaning we accept what the insurance allows minus deductible, copay, and coinsurance amounts. We adjust off the difference in what we billed verses what the insurance allows.

Do you have a number to call after hours?

Yes, we use an answering service, dial (940) 723-4488 for calls after 5 pm.

Are you closed during lunch hours?

All offices close from 12 pm-1 pm for lunch and the phones are turned over to the answering service.
